For CIL Tests only
Filling out this form will initiate the procedures for your CIL account to be set up.
In order to establish a CIL account, you must have already established a USU Aggiemail account.
Fill out this form to have your CIL account established. You will be billed $30 on your USU account, payable at the cashiers office or via the Internet or telephone.
Once this form is received, within two school days your account will be established and you may come into the CIL lab (ESLC 131) and take the CIL tests.
Your username will be the same as your Aggiemail username.
